Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add 1 egg at a time.
    Beat each addition.
    Add dry ingredients and milk.
    End with flour addition. Add lemon extract.
    Blend in coconut by hand.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
