Dazzling Strawberry 'N Avocado Salad(Mother'S Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade, thawed
2 c. avocados, cut bite size
2 c. strawberry halves
romaine or other lettuce

Preparation

In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cheese, milk, ginger and 3 tablespoons limeade concentrate until smooth.
Set aside.
In large bowl, toss avocado and strawberries with remaining limeade.
