Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. melted oleo
2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Put into large bowl:
whole wheat flour, white flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Mix in small bowl:
eggs or egg substitute, low-fat milk and melted oleo.
Combine the egg and milk mixture with the dry ingredients.
Pour 3/4 cup of batter into heated waffle iron.
Bake for approximately 2 1/2 minutes.
