Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk (room temperature)
3 c. plain flour
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 1/2 tsp. walnut flavoring
Preparation

Blend together butter and Crisco.
Add sugar and blend.
Beat eggs separately and then add to mixture.
Add salt to flour, then add flour and milk alternately to mixture.
Next, add nuts and flavoring.
Beat until like whip cream.
Pour into tube pan and bake 1 hour and 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
