Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed and partially frozen
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. m.s.g.
Preparation

Slice beef across grain in 1/4-inch slices.
Place in a shallow dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over beef.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 150\u00b0.
Lay beef strips on a rack set over an aluminum foil lined pan.
Place in oven; prop oven door open with a pencil.
Bake for 8 to 12 hours, or until meat is dry and chewy.
Perfect for snacking.
