Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sack frozen Ore-Ida hash browns, thawed
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and Ritz crackers. Place in greased casserole dish.
    Pour butter over top.
    Sprinkle crackers over all.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
