Gelatin Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O or orange
1 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. small marshmallows
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. celery, chopped fine
2 medium carrots, grated
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Put Jell-O, water and marshmallows in bowl.
Let stand until slighlty cooled.
Add salad dressing, cottage cheese, cream, celery, carrots and nuts.
Mix well and chill.
