Cheese Ball With Dry Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    3 or 4 olives, finely chopped
    3 or 4 sweet pickles, finely chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    dried beef (optional)
    parsley (optional)
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except optional ingredients. Cover and chill about 8 hours.
    Form into a ball and roll in very finely shredded dried beef, parsley or chopped walnuts.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
