Pot-Roasted Beef Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) beef top round roast (trimmed of all visible fat)
    12 tiny potatoes or 10 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 c. vegetable juice cocktail
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil
    24 baby carrots
    8 tiny boiling onions or 2 small onions (quartered)
    3 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Peel a strip around tiny potatoes. If using medium potatoes, cut in chunks.
    Lightly spray an unheated Dutch oven with no-stick spray.
    Add the meat and brown. Drain drippings from pan.
