Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Blend in 3 tablespoons flour.
    Stir in 1 cup milk and 1 (3 ounce) can broiled mushroom slices with liquid.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add 1 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon parsley.
    Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Spoon over ham puffs or other main dish just before serving.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
