Molded Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
    2 c. diced tart apples
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine gelatin, sugar and salt in small saucepan.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1 cup water and vinegar.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in apples, celery and pecans.
    Pour in mold. Chill until firm.
