Molly Cray'S Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    yolks of 2 eggs, beaten
    1 lemon (use juice and grated rind)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 pie shell (uncooked)
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, butter and beaten egg yolks.
    Add the juice and grated rind of lemon, flour, milk and the whites of the 2 eggs (beaten stiff).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0, depending on your oven, for 3/4 hour.
