Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cooked rice (cold)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs.
    Add sugar; mix well.
    Add rice, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins.
    Pour into well-greased casserole. Bake for about 1 hour, or until mixture does not adhere to a knife.
