Microwave Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Melt butter and cocoa in a microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir in powdered sugar and milk.
Cook in a microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in the vanilla and pecans and cook in microwave 30 seconds. Stir in marshmallows until dissolved.
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
