Candied Hot Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. hot banana peppers
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Bring to a boil.
Pick peppers up in hands and add to mixture. Cook for 5 or 10 minutes.
Spoon peppers into hot jars.
Add liquid to cover peppers and seal.
Good on sandwiches, hamburgers, etc.
