Gold Coast Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 green pepper, cut in strips (you can use green, yellow and red bell pepper)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Brown pork chops; pour off the fat.
    Stir in soup, 1/2 cup water, carrots and onions.
    Cover and let simmer 15 minutes.
    Add peppers and let cook 15 minutes.
    If you have an electric skillet, use it; if not, use an iron one.
