Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated or ground zucchini (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add salt and sugar and beat.
    Beat in oil.
    Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder and add alternately with grated zucchini.
    Add nuts, coconut and raisins and mix well. Turn into three well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes on lowest rack.
