Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. cake flour (sift before measuring)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until soft and creamy.
    Add vanilla. Stir in pecans and flour.
    Form dough into walnut-sized balls. Bake on well-greased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
