Frosted Walnut Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. walnut pieces, toasted
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 c. beef bouillon or consomme
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. creamy whipped potatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except potatoes and pack into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Let stand in pan about 5 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Turn meat loaf onto ovenproof platter.
    Cover top and sides with creamy whipped potatoes.
    Return to oven and bake about 10 minutes until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Serves 6.
