Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese with chives
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; place on oven rack.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven.
    Reduce temperature to 400\u00b0.
    Split potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Carefully scoop out potato from shell; mash with cream cheese, milk, butter and salt.
    Re-fill potato shells and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Place on baking sheet and return to oven for 15 minutes.
