One Pan Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. uncooked noodles
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In a large frypan, cook the beef, onion and garlic until the meat is browned; drain off any fat.
    Drain the mushrooms and reserve the liquid.
    Add this liquid, beef broth and lemon juice to the skillet.
    Stir in the uncooked noodles.
    Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the noodles are tender.
    Add more liquid if necessary.
