Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
1 pie shell
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cinnamon (taste mixture - you may need to add sugar).
Pour into unbaked pie shell. (If you have too much, bake extra in custard cups.)
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 420\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.
Do not overcook.
Serve with Cool Whip, warm or cold.
