My Mexican Style Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 to 4 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 (28 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    1 1/2 to 2 c. picante sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion in large saucepan; drain.
    Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat (may use packaged chili mix). Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Ladle into bowls.
    Serve with crackers or corn bread.
    Makes 8 servings.
