Mrs. Turner'S Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pt. milk
    1 medium onion
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    4 c. crab meat
    1/4 stick butter
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. Hi-Ho buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Make sauce with flour, butter and milk.
    Saute butter with bell pepper and onion.
    Add pepper and onion to sauce.
    Mix mayo, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat and salt and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
