No Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    sprinkle of lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Place apples in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Melt butter, add sugar and stir.
    Add egg and mix well.
    To this, add dash of salt and flour.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Spread mixture over apples in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown on top.
