Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 slices bread
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add to crab meat.
    Soak bread in milk until soft; add egg, bread, onions and pepper to crab meat.
    Mix.
    Shape into cakes and roll in bread crumbs; fry in oil until brown.
