Parsley Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 to 2/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
-
Combine rice, salt, bouillon and water; cook according to directions.
Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Add almonds and parsley.
Fold into rice.
