Walnut Chicken Morsels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites, beaten lightly
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, flattened 1/2-inch thick between sheets of dampened wax paper and cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces
    2 c. walnuts, chopped fine
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    In a bowl, blend the egg whites, cornstarch, garlic and salt until the mixture is combined well.
    Add the chicken pieces and toss them well with the mixture.
