Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, buttered on both sides
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place bread in bottom of casserole dish.
Saute and drain sausage; crumble over bread.
Beat eggs, mix in milk and salt. Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on top and let set overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 400\u00b0, covered, for 45 to 55 minutes.
