Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    1/2 small head lettuce
    1 green onion and top, sliced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Wash spinach and pat dry.
    Tear spinach and lettuce into bite size pieces; toss with onion.
    Combine olive oil, lemon juice and honey in a tightly covered container.
    Shake well.
    Just before serving, toss dressing with salad.
    Sprinkle sesame seeds atop. Serves 6.
