German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small red potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chicken broth (canned is okay)
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 slices crumbled bacon
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender. Cool, then slice thinly. Cook bacon until crisp then crumble. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Heat in microwave until lukewarm just before serving.
