Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. noodles or rice
    1 chopped onion
    1 can tomato puree (small)
    1 Tbsp. ground cominos
    a little chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and pepper in skillet, slowly at first; add salt, pepper, cominos, tomato puree and 1/2 can of water.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cook noodles or rice separately until tender and add to meat to cook, easy, for 30 minutes.
    May be served like this or put in casserole and covered with grated cheese, browning in oven.
    If you like very spicy food, add 2 packages McCormick Italian spaghetti sauce.
