Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 heaping tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    4 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    4 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Divide into three parts.
    Put each portion into double plastic bags and close tightly.
    Put in refrigerator for 3 days.
    Each day, squeeze the bag to mix well.
    On the 4th day, form into 6 rolls and lay across broiler pan.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 8 to 10 hours.
