Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Saut the meat, onion and peppers. Grease iron skillet and sprinkle bottom with cornmeal, then pour in 1/2 cornbread mixture. Top with 1/2 pound rat cheese (grated), then add meat mixture and top with remaining cornmeal mixture. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
