Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add water slowly, stirring to dissolve ingredients.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add butter.
