Spicy Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. nacho or taco seasoning (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts
chili powder
Preparation

Soften cheeses at room temperature.
Cream both cheeses together.
Add garlic powder and chili powder or I use a little less than 1/2 package of taco or nacho seasoning.
Blend well. Add chopped nuts (1 cup).
Shape into log.
May need to chill before shaping.
Roll in chili powder sprinkled on wax paper, then in chopped nuts.
Chill and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
