Super Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 large white onion
1 lb. can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers, diced
2 to 3 c. grated cheese (Colby and Jack are best)
3/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. avocado dip or homemade guacamole
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Brown beef and chopped onion in skillet.
Drain off grease. Season to taste.
Spread beans in bottom of glass baking dish (oblong).
Top with beef and onions.
Sprinkle chili peppers on top of beef.
Cover with cheese.
Cover cheese with taco sauce. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and olives.
Put avocado dip in the center with sour cream on top. Serve with chips.
Best if served warm.
