Tangy Spinach L'Orange(Makes 4 Dozen Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can Del Monte Mandarin oranges, drained and coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. Regina red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. sugar
    48 Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafers
    spinach leaves, cleaned and broken into bite size pieces
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine oranges, onion, oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar; set aside.
