Spicy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp. tomato catsup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
-
Mix together and roll into small balls.
This will fill 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour 1-quart prepared sauce (I prefer Ragu with mushrooms) and bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
