Southern Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cube butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 cup flour (enough for thin paste)
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    3 cups water
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    6 pieces of uncooked chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 cup white wine, optional
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Fry butter and flour in sauce pan on medium heat till dark brown.
    Immediately add water and stir till smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low heat until chicken is tender. You can either cook dumplings in the fricassee gravy or serve over cooked rice.
