Hot Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, minced
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients in skillet and set aside.
In saucepan, melt cheese with tomatoes and soup.
(If time allows, use slow cooker.)
Then add the meat mixture and keep in slow cooker until time to serve.
