Chicken Captain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 10 chicken breasts
    seasoned flour
    3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 lb. toasted almonds
    2 onions, chopped
    garlic salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    6 c. cooked, hot rice
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    shortening
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken;
    flour
    and brown in shortening. Remove from shortening and keep warm.
