Mushroom Burgers Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 slices French bread, toasted
Preparation

Form turkey into 4 patties, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook in nonstick pan sprayed with \"Pam.\"
Cook until brown on both sides.
Remove and keep warm.
Deglaze pan with wine, mustard and tarragon.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
To serve, place burgers on toasted bread.
Spoon mushroom mixture over top. Serves 2 to 4.
