Coffee Shop Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 cups cornmeal
    1 cup flour
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup buttermilk
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, flour, sugars, baking soda and salt. Beat egg separately with buttermilk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes.
