Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 medium green pepper, cut into rings
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    1 large oven bag
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place the large oven bag into a baking pan.
    Add brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to the bag.
    Add pineapple and green pepper to the bag.
    Last, add the chicken breasts.
    Make sure chicken is coated with the sauce.
    Bake until chicken is tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
