First Place Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs and margarine, mixing well.
    Pour into 1 (3-quart) oblong casserole, 2 (1 1/2-quart casseroles, or 3 (1-quart) casseroles.
    Combine melted margarine and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
