Saucy-Sweet Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (12 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place in large Dutch oven. Add enough water to cover ribs; cover and simmer over low heat 45 minutes.
    Drain ribs and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Spoon sauce over ribs; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Yields 4 servings.
