Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked rice (cool)
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon to taste
1 tsp. nutmeg (sprinkled on top)
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Place in a pan of hot water and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
Will make a custard top.
