No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    chopped celery
    fresh carrots, quartered
    1 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 fryer, cut up, or 6 to 8 pieces of chicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except chicken).
    Stir gently.
    Pour into Dutch oven.
    Place chicken on top.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 2 hours.
