Lemon Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cold water
4 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. powdered sugar
2 lemons, grated and juiced
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together for 2 minutes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch dish. While still hot, prick cake with fork and cover with 2 cups powdered sugar, grated lemon rind and juice of 2 lemons.
